Account Managers
Liaise directly with clients to serve all their translation requirements. The account manager is the client’s point of contact. They identify the client requirements and work with the project managers to deliver the final product to the client.
Project Managers
Manage every translation assignment from start to finish. They select the most suitable translation team project by project. They oversee the translation and revision of the documents and ensure that the final revised text is edited and formatted as per the client specification.
Translators
We work with a team of in-house translators as well as a network of freelance professionals. Only translators with specific industry expertise are assigned to each project. All texts are also revised prior to final formatting and editing.
Designers
Clients work with a range of electronic formats, not only Word and Excel. For this reason we have a design team which enables us to work with a diversity of formats such as HTML, Adobe InDesign, Quark XPress, AutoCAD, etc.
