What is Property Management?
McFelder clients will often be involved in both Facilities management and Property management, as multiple service suppliers to International property developers and owners worldwide.
If Facilities management is mainly associated with the control and provision of the best possible working environment, while controlling costs and energy efficiency effectively, then Property or Real estate Management, will focus primarily on maximising the potential of a property or a property portfolio, as a commercial asset.
The Property Manager in this role will hold responsibility for maximising short-term return in terms of lease income, but also ensuring that that the property or portfolio is managed in such a way as to ensure the best possible capital appreciation.
